I fell in love with hip hop at a young age. One day my older brother picked me up from school with brand new subs in his trunk blasting A Milli by Lil Wayne and after that there was no turning back. I took up music production in my early highschool years, making beats and collaborating with rappers at my school until one day I decided that I could do what they do too. Since then I've been honing my craft on all fronts - beats, engineering, rapping, singing, songwriting, etc, etc, etc. I come from a family of 5 - my mom, dad, brother, sister, and me. I'm the youngest, so naturally I was always the one to 'get away with everything'. I always just figured I was learning what NOT to do from the other two, but who's to say. I was raised in Oxford, Mississippi, home of the Ole Miss Rebels - where I later went to school for a degree in Computer Science. This time was very formative for me as I learned a lot about the type of friends I want to have, the type of music I want to make, and the type of life I want to live. This time showed me how rare my upbringing really is and how I can truly affect other people's lives in meaningful ways. I also learned a lot about where I sit spiritually, and that there is so much more to this world than I previously thought. Also during this time in school, I experimented fairly heavily with psychedelics. While I feel like I learned a lot from those experiences, I feel that I began chasing a dragon in the sense that I felt there was some other-worldly knowledge to gain from these chemicals when really I had a bit of a problem. It wasn't until New Years of my final year that I came to the realization that I needed to cut that stuff out. It was during these years that I created my projects Virtual Reality, VR2, and Swish the Magic Dragon. Currently, I live in Dallas, Texas and juggle music between my day job and my life with my girlfriend and our dog. Can't complain about the way things are currently tbh, but I would love to see my music career grow to the point that it can provide fully for all our needs. If you're reading this and listen to my music, know that I appreciate you! BLM, ACAB, Free Palestine Love & Peace, Swish
