Julio César Palacio is a sound artist and composer born in Venezuela and based in Barcelona. The research of this artist and sonic activist focuses on the study of acoustic phenomena, the expansion of the range of human auditory perception, the spatialization of sound, listening to the inaudible and the study of bio-acoustics. Julio Cesar Palacio has performed under the name (alias) Sun Color in his live performances since 2010.
